Local Restaurants

Quiero Cafe, best smoothies ever, great made to order latin food and amazing coffee. Run of the Mill Public House and Brewery, great comfort food, music, outdoor seating on the Saco river, best mussells ever and of course great locally brewed beer. Blue Elephant a great place for catering. Josephs by the Sea, a landmark restaurant on the Ocean in business 50 years and counting.

Attractions

Funtown Splashtown, a family owned water and amusement park, great for families. Aquaboggan a local water park, Yorks Wild Animal Kingdom, a local zoo. Old Orchard Beach fireworks on the beach every Thursday night. The Brunswick, a popular on the beach restaurant with live music, cocktails and dancing. The Saco Drivein a real vintage drive in with updated digital sound was sold but Aquaboggan across the street bought all the equipment and relocated it there. The Community is very excited about this. A terrific IMAX theater which features gourmet pizza by Ottos a local fav. Downtown Portland Maine is definitely worth the short drive tons of amazing restaurants,

breweries, lighthouses, music, museums, a working waterfront, Peaks Island (part of Portland a short scenic 20 minute ferryboat ride away, Thompsons Point Concerts ...
